Art Olson

San Francisco
Bio: Art Olson was born in Minneapolis, MN in 1971

After attaining a Fine Arts degree from University of MN, he continued study (RISD) and work in typography, graphic design and printing for over 14 years across the United States.

A reformed art-school-kid, living in San Francisco who is still inspired by the restoration projects he observed when young, he has been involved with design and building for a string of independent stage and film productions.

Art continues to seek technical soundness and exploration of scenes from THE GLACIER through drawing, stencil, and screen printing. (He has Norwegian glacial memory)

For nearly 2 years he's been working at Community Arts Programs on developing a sequence of work including storyboard treatments for the next stage...
