Bio: My work is about the urban experience.

Not the hipster coffee shops nor the preserved historical buildings but the architecture of manufacture, storage and distribution. The architectural style employed in these buildings is pragmatic and honest, refreshingly devoid of the decorative trickery found on most residential and commercial structures.

I study the repetition of factory windows, loading bays, and roll-up doors on old piers.

I enjoy the rich darkness of openings into the depths of a warehouse and the shadows thrown onto facades by structural elements.

I love the urban pattern of signage - bright and functional - often obscured by posters and grafitti.
