The popular tags cloud shows the most commonly used tags that artists have added to their art pieces. The size of the word indicates how many times that tag has been used, so larger words are more common tags.
When you choose to view by Artist, you'll see one entry for each artist who has a piece that matches your search term. If you choose ArtPiece, you'll see all the art pieces that match the search term.
